One address, read by the people who build the site. There is no contact form, no ticket number and no support queue — the site holds nothing about you, and a form would be the first thing on it that did. Email is also the only channel where you keep your own copy of what you sent.

If a number looks wrong
This is the message worth sending. Tell us the page address, the value you typed, the unit you were reading, and the figure you expected — with where that figure comes from, if you have it. A definition or a standard is more useful than another converter, because two converters can be wrong in the same way.
Every factor here is stored as the definition it derives from rather than as a copied decimal, and each category page prints the full table, so you can often see the disagreement before writing. When a factor really is wrong, the fix lands in one line of data and corrects every page built on that unit at once.
A unit, category or tool that isn't here
Say what you would use it for. If the unit is regional — the kind whose size depends on which district you are standing in — say where, and send the local definition rather than a rounded figure from a table. Units like that get one entry per place, named for the place, instead of a single average that is wrong everywhere; the Indian land units are built that way for exactly that reason.
Security
Use the same address, and please give us a chance to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. The site is static, has no accounts and stores no personal data, so there is little to take — the privacy policy sets out what that means in detail.

A small team reads this address, so replies are not instant and not guaranteed — a correction may simply appear on the site. Your address is used to answer you and nothing else: there is no mailing list here to add you to.
